Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. We are happy to exchange the product or provide a partial refund (up to 50% of the product value). Please note that this policy does not apply to exceptions or non-returnable items. Full refunds are not offered, only exchanges or partial refunds.
Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging and no signs of wear and tear. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. To verify eligibility, please send us product images via email when you initiate the return. A full refund will be provided if the item is returned in its original condition. If the product is altered in any way, an exchange or refund will be at the sole discretion of the company, and you may only receive up to 50% of the original purchase price (excluding taxes).
How to Initiate a Return: To start the return process, please contact us at info.onecarworld@gmail.com with the product images and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will provide the return address in Canada. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
